What's the main difference between Pro Plan and Basic Plan?
Pro Plan uses our supplier network, we guarantee product quality and provide compensation for quality issues. Basic Plan uses your own supplier resources, we assist in negotiating quality issues with suppliers, but final losses are borne by you or the supplier.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The service fee for Basic Plan is 5% of the product value, with a minimum service fee of $100. For both Basic Plan and Pro Plan, you can order multiple products in one order if the average procurement amount per product exceeds $500.
